Hi my name is Elizabeth and I have always known that I wanted to work with preventative healing modalities, I just didn't know in what capacity. My experience in the massage therapy program at Rogue Community College opened my eyes to the amazing benefits of massage, not only physically, but emotionally as well. I graduated from the RCC massage program in 2008.
I am so excited to work in a field that I love and enjoy. There is so much reward in seeing the faces of my clients when they leave the massage room. The before and after image is indescribable.
Massage can provide a drug-free, non-invasive and humanistic
approach to well-being based on the body's natural ability to heal
Regular, weekly or even monthly massage can prevent a variety of health
conditions and provide relief to people of all ages and all walks of
life. Massage may prevent or help such health conditions as tension
headache, migraine headache, high blood pressure, sleep disorders,
depression, fatigue, muscle spasms and cramps, just to name a few.
I am licensed and insured. I have a comfortable and relaxing massage studio with a heated table and I only use high-quality massage oils. Your comfort is always my first priority, so I customize a massage that is best for you. Discreet draping and strict sanitizing procedures are used at all times to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for you.
